Hm...I never filled this out when I first joined. Guess I'll do it now. And I'll be brief, which is anomalous.
I'm a mother (of a 2-year-old that doesn't have an off button) and a writer.
I would like to be healthier than I am, so I am trying to add more exercise to my life, as well as cutting back on a lot of sweets and snack foods.
Since I have also been flagging on my writing time, I will be challenging myself not only in the health arena, but with my writing as well - goals for both will be worked on side by side!

Weight Goals - Step by Step
#1 - 168 pounds - Back in "normal" weight range, and no longer "overweight". - REACHED on 8/26/10, RE-REACHED on 1/24/11
#2 - 158 pounds - My pre-pregnancy weight (which I was back down to in early 2009, but hit the custard and ice cream too hard that summer!).
#3 - 145 pounds - The weight I was when we first bought our house in 2006.
#4 - 139 pounds - The weight I would be content at, which would cause me to be less hard on myself.
#5 - 132 pounds - A dream - lol. My guess is this is about what I weighed when I got married back in 2001.
#6 - 125 pounds - Ultimate Dream Weight. I used to weigh this much at the beginning of college! For my height, it's on the bottom end of "normal" weight range.
