There goes that pound again. Who wants to bet it will be back again in a week or two? LOL

Cool race coming up this weekend: the Virginia is for Lovers 14K! It should be a lot of fun, and I'm not worried about it, except for this silly head cold that I can't seem to shake. It's funny that at this point, 14K just isn't really a big deal. 8.69 miles? Whatever! :) Excited about running with some great friends and having fun. That, and a medal. And a new shirt. And a flower. And beer. Good times!
