I totally caved last night. I was running late from work, had to drop out my daughter and make it to basketball game by 6. I stopped at BK and got food for the fam. My dinner cals were so high! weight still looks good this AM, but not for long if I keep making those stops.

Sometimes it happens, though. Don't be too hard on yourself. Today is another day!

We all have set backs and days where we eat less than optimal food (lol), but as long as it's not a common occurance you'll be fine. Maybe do some research on healthier, quick fix, on the run food.
