I tried "Pump, Jump 'N Jab" after "Cardio Party". Considering the fact that I already did one workout DVD, I did alright. I stopped before the last 15minutes for the floor work, so I technically didn't finish it though. This week is the fourth week since I start doing 5-days a week workout again. I feel that workout is becoming a part of my routine again. Sometime I feel I'm using workout for excuse to avoid studying and get behind of all school work schedule... It is still hard for me to balance things in my daily/weekly schedule.

From the next week, I reschedule my routine for DVD workout by swapping more fun and high intensity ones. Also I am planning to 2 to 3 days pilates and 2 to 3 days cardio machines. My core muscle cannot be toned with what I'm doing now. Pilates should work on my target as it did before.
