6:45 am I've been doing pretty well with the high protein for the past three days and yesterday I did great with the low carb part. I had only one cup of coffee in the evening. This is what makes my body function well. i just need to find a way to stick to it better.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 7.6 kg a Week
