Day 1 Strange sitting here not wanting to think about food, but at the same time knowing that if I don't take a proactive approach to losing weight, I'm doomed. So I'm thinking I want to have an active day doing some housework, a little treadmilling later with my 'Alias' DVD, and pondering a smoothie (whipped up in my Ninja with frozen fruit, low fat vanilla yogurt and some orange-pineapple juice for breakfast or a low fat, high fiber Eggo waffle with a little Brummel and Brown margarine melted in a little sugar-free syrup, or a high fiber 100 calorie muffin with low fat cream cheese (some of my old diet favorites that helped me lose 70 lbs in no time. Hmmmm. I can never understand why it is that I think how yummy these 'diet' foods are when I'm dieting, but when I slip back into my bad habits, how quick I am to forget they exist.
