Two weeks in a rut for weight loss. Hard work during the week done in by a bad (diet wise) Friday night. So now as I am approaching an end to the week, I have to have a diet friendly Friday night.
83.3 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
