It has been a couple days since I've written a journal entry. Nothing new really to report. I continue to go to the YMCA, I make that journey 3 days a week and the rest of the time I work out on my treadmill and walk Thor who has never let me down when it comes to wanting to go walking. Today was a mix of rain and sun so I can't complain at all about the weather here.

I chatted with my niece on Facebook and she told me that I've inspired her to start exercising and eating better. It was great to hear that because so many of us hear from various people that they want to do something about the weight but are just not ready to put in the work. So I am so happy that she is serious about wanting to make some changes. I will tell you all what I told her: Each step you take is a step towards victory. I told her you don't have to be an athlete you just need to start moving. It actually gets easier and you do start to feel better. So that is it for me tonight. I hope all my buddies had an outstanding day. Take care.

Awesome Bea! People often ask me how to get started, but they rarely want to partake on this journey regardless of how many times I assure them its not all sweat and brimstone. I guess what weve got going on here is a big commitment that not all people are willing to make. That just speaks to our awesomeness. Keep up the great work :-)

It is great to inspire someone to get healthy. I am hoping my daughter will keep on going to the gym with me. I am loving the treadmill!
