Ok. Day 3 beginning. yesterday I was greeted warmly by SO many people. thank you everyone! Happy my 14 year old got the lead in the school play.

walked 30 minutes on treadmill last night and had about 4 oz chicken and 1/2 cup french beans.

going to try to get to Y this am for another 30 minutes. slow but steady moving...need to buld energy back up...will eat after...My Amazon Atkins order is on it's way!

thanks! I have to build up slowly. I know me, I jump in head first then crash by the end of the second week, I will walk again tomorrow, then take sunday off...
