My legs are so sore...from P90X yesterday....but gonna tackle it again today....need to step up my meals...its hard to get it all in on a Raw Food Diet!

Just keep pushing play Suzanne... Tony and the team won't let you down. Be sure to eat enought to maintain your energy level through the workout. The harder you work the body, the more it needs to fuel the exercise. As your motabolism increases you may actually begin to eat even more of the right foods and still lose weight. It a beautiful thing.... :o)

Oh... and I don't know if your diet will allow it, but be sure to eat or drink something for "recovery". Apples are great if you don't want a synthetic beverage.
