Today is day 17 for me and Im not really seeing any steady weightloss. I have stopped snacking at night. atleast for the past couple days and I hope to see a change in my weight. This is really discouraging me but I want to stick with it because I dont want all this that Ive been through to be for nothing.

U might want to increase your veggies. Need 12-15 net carbs of those. I know its hard to do. Cut the Atkins snacks down to one a day. I think I stall when I eat 2 a day. Make one change at a time tho, to see what works. :) Tammy
