Im on my last week of Ph 2 .. feel pretty good.. and I think Im approaching a good weight for me... ready to get to working out regularly and normal eating menu.. I can see how easy it would be for people to focus on a number on the scale instead of whats healthy... Ive lost a total 65 pounds this last year I feel blessed that I actually found a way to get my body a healthy size. Tho we are our worst critics.. we CAN NOT lose touch with the reality of a number on the scale..

Wow is such an over used word, but surely is the best one here! Amazing hard work and dedication....I can only imagine what it feels like to put your clothes on every morning now and look at the beautiful new shape you have earned!
