Well, didnt work out all weekend but started monday off great. Did my P90x, plyometrics, and will be doing arms, back, and ab ripper today. Ab ripper always makes me feel a little weird afterward. I wonder if it is because my abs are just so out of shape. I literally have to wait a little while before I eat anything because it makes me feel a little nausious. Is that normal if you are not used to working out?

I just got done with Ab Ribber X about 30 minutes ago. I chugged a chocolate drink right after and had to head back to work, but my Abs are yelling at me. We are not friends anymore. I hope they forgive me. As far as nauseous, maybe need to tone back a rep or two?

maybe. I did the ab ripper yesterday, and it did not make me feel sick, just made my stomach scream at me a little, lol. Got to bring it, lol. I do know my limits though, and cannot keep up yet, but I will get there. Safety first or I will get stopped before I reach my goals, and that is just counter productive, lol.
