I was sneezing a lot yesterday, and at night, suddenly bad headache attacked me and I found I had a cold. It was really bad headache, but somehow it disappeared this morning! It is really strange. I don't feel like have a cold any more. It frequently happened last year, and cold often came back afternoon or night. I could have said,"I may develop cold symptoms any minutes, so maybe I'll skip workout today." But I read an article a few weeks ago (maybe it was a sing) that said you can still do workout when you have a cold (with symptoms above neck) but when you have a flu (with symptoms below neck). So, I did workout as I planned, and I am glad that I don't have any cold symptoms even at night.

Following the good workout plan is fighting with the temptation of making excuses to skip workout. Every day is challenge. Just like the last week, my goal this week is doing workout five days. After I complete four weeks of it, I am planning to kick up a notch. On the other hand, keeping good diet is another story. I need to have better plan and better preparation than now...
