I was so surprised that i had loss
For days i had been avoiding the scale but im ready for tomorrow and the next day an so on. I feel so much better since i started eating healthy ... I've been saving money by not eating out all the time. I use to rush out the door and just think ill go out for lunch . Then i started to notice it be came a everyday thing an money was being spent on garbage. Buy the time I got home i was hungry again. Now i believe in full meal with veggies, meat an a grain. Its all working out.
103.9 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's awesome. I know its nice to go out to eat; but that not only gets expensive but they prepare your food in such an unhealthy way, most places. You're doing great :)
