Hey guys. I haven't been in on in such a long time, but I've been logging in my calories and exercise elsewhere.
Today something scary happened. After my workout (I hadn't eaten anything, just went straight to the treadmill), I stepped off the treadmill to stretch and suddenly blacked out, falling backward and smacking my head against the tile floor. It was only for a couple seconds, but I now have a big bump on my head. I'm pretty sure that was a faint. I'm all better now that I've showered and gotten some food in me, but it was so scary. Should I go to the doctor?

Yes, you need to call the doctor. You could have a concussion or a hairline fracture. Sorry you got hurt, but go see a doctor or at least call them. Do you think it was because you hadn't eaten? Get better soon and be careful and eat before you workout. Have a great evening.:)

Thanks so much Laupug. I feel so much better now. I scheduled an appointment with my doctor for tommorow afternoon. I guess it was because I hadn't eatern, but I often do that and it has never been a problem for me... maybe because I'm on my "time of the month"?
