still nada. wondering if I need to cut calories more to get things rolling again 🤔 I dont want to cut too many calories, I know it can have the opposite effect. maybe I just stick it out and hope I'll break through eventually

Oh wow, looks like we are working towards really similar goals! Im 5'7 and have been keeping at or a little below 1400 cal/day. I do at least 30 min (about 7 miles) on my stationary bike every day. I work in a little bit of strength training a few times a week. Other than that I don't get a whole lot of activity in at my job besides walking up and down the stairs 50 times a day haha
