Hungry today for some reason. Just ate my lunch salad and getting ready for some red beans and rice. Test results came in today. My cholesterol is 230?? It was only 200 before I started eating healthy. WTF?? Need to exercise more and eat even less saturated fat. More fish and nuts.??
