I'm Michelle from New Jersey. I started my diet at 208.5 and my goal is 135-140. I'm 5'2 and always weighed about 135. In the past 5 yrs my metabolism has slowed down and I started over eating. I'm only 32 yrs old and do not want to be this heavy anymore! I'm detemined to get to 140 by august which is a realistic goal. I'm shooting for 10 pds a month. Cant wait to wear a bathing suit and be comfortable in it again.
