I know my triggers, and I am staying away from the Girl Scouts Thin Mints. I used to buy 4-5 boxes and eat a sleeve at a time. I know I can't have only one, so I'll have none. Funny how only certain foods do that. I can have one McDonald's French Fry but not one Thin Mint. Another trigger is Dunkin Donuts. I just stay away. Otherwise, managing sweets is getting easier with time. Now I gotta manage those carbs !! Looking forward to my Curves consultation on Wed :)

It's good to know your triggers. Mine is mainly frustration I think - as if food would help.... Good luck warrior, I wish you health and happiness

What I wouldn't give for a sleeve of thin mints as I have my period and they would be great!

There seems to be two types of dieters. Those who eat a little bit of everything and those of us who are better off just not eating any of the bad food. I am like you - just stay away from the chocolate!

I agree 100 % ... If I had a box I would no doubt eat them all : ( Therefore I will not have ANY at all ... Too bad there are too many boxes to count sitting around at work , but I have not caved yet !

I'm like you; I can't have just one Lay's potato chip, one piece of cake a day, one peanut butter toast, one scoop of ice cream, one bowl of cereal. Good to know what your triggers are, and avoid them like the plague! Keep up the great work :)
