kindda binged yesterday and had bread and homemade bananna pudding the weight loss was actually in ounces but...i feel really hungry but i just dont want anything.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
