Have you set your RDI yet? I literally eat throughout the entire day, breakfast at 7, snack at 10:30, lunch at 12:30, snack at 2:30 or 3, dinner around 6:30. Snacks are usually fruits/veggies/100 calorie snacks... and I drink lots and lots of water! Sometimes you think you're hungry when you're really thirsty. Good luck on your journey!
