I think I did pretty good today. 3 different workouts, for a total of 71 minutes! That definitely felt good to accomplish, hopefully I will stay on track for the next 4 weeks! I am looking forward to my Bahamas vacation which actually starts when my 30 day challenge ends! I am hoping to be at 275lbs or lower so that I can para-sail! Let's see if I can do it!
