The week has gone relatively well since I officially started watching points again this week. I was doing great until yesterday when I consumed a WHOLE bag of the Trolli Sour Brite Crawlers (hehe...they are soooo good and since I have braces I can't chew gum and they are my substitute), I had Panda Express for lunch (normally not so bad, but I cheated and had an egroll) then went to Applebees for dinner with my roommate (again, not so bad except we got the Spinach Artichoke Dip w/ chips for the appetizer!). Then we proceeded to split a Klondike bar for dessert when we got home! Haha...I am laughing at myself right now because I totally just gave in last night!!! AHHH!!! Good thing is though, if I just stick to my daily points and actually hit the gym hard tonight like I plan to, then I will be back within points and will have oficially had a successful first week!

Weigh in is tomorrow and I am not quite sure what to expect. We moved last weekend so I earned a TON of activity points from that, but we also had pizza Saturday night and doughnuts Sunday morning. I am pretty sure I counted everything correctly, but it is that feeling of the "unknown" that gets to me. I have been working out every night since Wednesday and did the rowing machine last night for fifteen minutes and my muscles are super sore today, so I could go any way...gain, lose or maintain.

I got in one good health guideline every day this week and that was drinking all of my liquids. Almost all of it was water and giving up sodas sure helped that out! I may have gotten in all of my dairy as well, but I am not 100% sure about that. Next week I will try to start working in others. Activity every day is going to be the major one for next week. Weather permitting, horses are getting worked on Sunday, Saturday since it is raining I will be hitting the gym, and then Monday through Friday, I will spend half an hour to an hour at the gym.

I am so excited to be back on plan and I am doing it with my husband home! It is the craziest feeling! So we will see what happens at weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully all goes well and I will be on track for good and be able to get to my goal weight within the next year. I say that long because I have quite a few pounds to lose. If I set my goal too soon, I feel that I am setting myself up for failure...so I am going to take it nice and easy and just keep pluggin along! :)
