Rockseer, do you have a scale that gives you these percentages?? I saw a scale by Tony Little on HSN or QVC, (not sure which)...anyway, he was saying your water percentage is best around 60-65% ... do you have any info regarding that? Anything come w/ the thing you measure your water % with??? Just curious! Thanks
