I love first-week-back weight loss. :) I know it's a lot of water but it still makes me happy. I know next week's loss will be more realistic but I'll take my five for this week. :) I will be so excited if next week's loss puts me in the 220s because I haven't been in the 220s since right after college...11 years ago!
104.5 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
