It was rain today so relatively warmer than previous days. I think it didn't go below 40 degree at the lowest of today. I know 40 degree is not "cold" to many people, but below 60 is enough cold to me, who lived in Key West till last spring. Inside temp is about 70 degree, and it is good temp to do activities, such as cleaning and workout. My pain and tiredness seized today as well, and I did workout as I promised to myself!

I picked up The FIRM DVD, Total Body Time-Crunch for today's workout. It's been a while since the last time I did this one. I was still familiar with this routine, so it was easier to follow. However, it was tougher to perform because I rarely do exercise lately. This one focuses strength training more than cardio. That's why I recorded this as "circuit training".

My right arm and shoulder have been bothering me recently. It is probably due to muscle tension from coldness and the long use of mouse at the desk with wrong height. I had been using the same desk without problem, so I think muscle tension from cold weather may be the bigger contribution. I focused to use those muscles during workout to ease my pain, but I still feel my right arm numb a little. I hope it will be better as I continue workout.

I am not doing workout and eating well lately, but I hope I can get my good habits back and stick to them as long as I can. I did workout for three days so far in this week, so two more days to go!
