well I had a bad Friday night. I had no energy on the treadmill and came home and ate and ate and ate some more. Oh boy, hopefully today will be better.
88.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
