Ok so I have been doing great working out lots and eating very healthy I am down to a size 13 from a 16 and my skin looks better my energy is out the roof and I am just really enjoying life now!!! I can now spend money on thing I always wanted like victoria secrets perfumes lotions and under clothes!!! I can buy nice make up nicer shoes and clothes I can buy things I want you know why because I am no longer blowing 50 dollars on going out to eat with my kids and I am no longer spending extra money on snacks and I do not stop by the fast food place just to get a little something to much on at lunch I am amazed at how much that money adds up LOL!!!!! It feels good all around and I love working out I look forward to it now and I crave it and not ice cream!!!!!! Life is good and my kids are getting on track with me I cant wait to make my next goal.
