Man oh man if I had just left that peanut brittle alone I would have been under my RDI. Everything else I ate today was healthy for my body, which is awesome for me to see, because when I started out most of my calories came from horrible junk food I consumed at night. I'm seeing that by taking my food choices one meal at a time I can do better. Tonight instead of a bowl of frosted flakes (yummy, yummy) I had another bowl of cottage cheese and fruit. It was still good, and most of all I feel good about what I put into my body.
