Alright Tam, School starts again tomorrow and so does getting serious with your diet so you can get rid of the winter roll before summer and finally keep it off! Goal to get on treadmill and burn any and all calories in excess of 1000 calories per day. Good luck! Stick to it... you can do it!!!
