Lunch today was at a friend's house, so I don't have the info for everything that was in the salad she made (but it was DELISH!). There were mixed baby greens, hot salsa, avocado, yellow bell pepper, tomatos, sunflower seeds, homemade dressing (I think she said it had ginger, honey, vinegar), and walnuts. She made HUGE bowls of salad, so I had some left over, and she sent it home with me, so that will be dinner this evening, too. Yum!
