Only gained one pound in spite of everything I ate during the holidays. The protein-rich breakfasts, small lunches and sensible dinners (a big bowl of mixed salad and some protein)are making a difference. I've been doing some bicycling on Saturdays and or Sundays. Need to increase the rides length and intensity in preparation to the Bike MS (Multiple Sclerosis): Breakaway to Key Largo on March 1 and March 2.
