I am feeling pretty good today. My points target is 23. I did 25.5, but I ran around a lot doing housework and got in about 30 minutes of exercise. I feel STRONG and that feels GOOD! I am re-gaining muscle tone which I have not seen in many, many months. Makes me smile.

I am trying something probably unhealthy and pointless. I have a Stacker 2 before my workouts so I have more stamina. I don't use them according to the box for weight loss...I only use it for the caffeine to give me endurance. I seem to stay in the gym longer. Maybe not the greatest thing to do, but for now, it's working. Smart? Probably not, but whatevaaa! Haha! One of these days, I may just figure it out...

Good for you! Muscle tone = GOOD! :) I am not familiar with Stacker 2... What is it? You are doing great! So proud of you!

Aww! Thank you! The Stacker 2 is a diet pills that is advertised on TV. This particular pill says that you should take one pill after meals and it should help you burn fat and lose weight. Well, I know that this simply is not true, because you only lose weight by diet and exercise. I did, however, notice that it has a ton on stimulants in it (to rev up the metabolism). So, I use it for exercise. I know that diet pills aren't so great for your body, but I only use about 4-5 a week which isn't TOO bad...right? Haha.

I vaguely remember people using Stacker's in college. They would take one before going out drinking (which is really probably a bad idea, but we do stupid things in college). If you notice your heart rate getting too high while you're working out, I'd stop taking them. Congrats on doing so well on your diet and making so much time for exercise! I've really been slacking on the exercise, so you'll me a good influence on me!
