well, pigged out over christmas. just four days when I tried to not be a total pig. even gave up on recording food and exercise since so much was home cooked and not sure how much I had and I didn't have time to get on the computer. But the weight is back down about one lb. to go to reach pre-christmas gorge weight. so stressed before but the days off with my siser and her family was so good.
with the girls off from school I'm still having a hard time finding when I can work out this week
