DAY 4 💫 - Bfast: water 😂 Lunch: nasi putih 150gr, cumi asin 2 potong, tumis tauge, tumis jamur, tempe goreng tanpa tepung 2 pcs Dinner: sop ayam 1 mangkuk, telur rebus 2 and clover honey 🌻🌻 Snack: coffee+fiber creme (tanpa gula), nissin crackers 15gr - Workout 45 menit, 30 menit pagi aerobik, 15 menit sore strength training (mo pengsan 😆) — IF 16:8/tutup jendela makan jm 6 sore. Tidur sebelum jam 10 malam!
