Weight loss is like any other process.. If you want to improve it, you must measure it. I estimated my food consumption instead of measuring it and as a result I gained three pounds in two weeks.
75.6 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
