Good morning everyone, I’m a little deflated. For the last five days my calorie intake has been under 1000 and the scale hasn’t moved that much. I was almost sure I lost a pound or two today but the scales the same. I’m fasting on top of eating minimal calories. The one thing I’ve noticed is my carbs and fat is higher than my protein so maybe that’s it? I thought calories in are the same calories. 🤷🏼‍♀️
120.2 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 43.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
