I did elliptical for 30 minutes today, yay! I know it is little, but this is my small step of coming back. Consistency is the key, right!? The next a couple of weeks are my warming up weeks. I try doing 30 minutes workout, 5 days a week or no less than 3 days a week. Then I restart my FIRM DVDs in full range. I want to go back to 115 by the end of this year!
