Hey everyone!! Felt so good, had to to go to the Dr. today and weigh on the dreaded scale, left my boots on and still weighed 201, darn, should of taken my boots off and I would of easily been under 200!!! Finally feeling somewhat better today, although didn't eat all day till dinner. Also, had a mammogram today, I had noticed a dent in my right breast, had no idea it could of been a sign of breast cancer, but my mammogram turned out fine! Whew! What a relief!!! I have always been told to check for lumps, but not an indention or change in breast tissue.....hope everyone is doing AWESOME!!!!!
