I am still above 268 arghhhh!!!!! but I am doing good. I had no more sweetener for my coffee so I put sugar in it about 4 or 5 tbsp. then one mourning I taste it and say yuck!!!!!! too sweet. So I am down to 3 tsp. I think it is because the artifical stuff. I was a diet pepsi addict till last may and it has been a month I haven't bought the artifical stuff, so I believe that stuff alters your sweetness prospective. Also I believe it opens your appetite becaue I had my son's christening last sunday and since then I have been drinking the leftover diet pop and I have been starving, which never happened before. I ate alot this week more than usual. I am sure it is the diet pop.

Well at least you are down on your sugar some. I never seem to have a problem with artifical stuff, I love sweet and low and I usually put 2 in my coffee. For me, I don't think it makes me anymore hungry but each person is different. Have a great day
