ughh! evenings are the hardest and from what I've seen of tracking how I eat now, with trying to be more careful, I've blown my calories by lunch. Of course I will have avoid those cookies and chips and the stash in the desk draw will have to go home for dad and the girls.

Okay, I just did the stairs 4 full flights(3 floors)up(& down)about 5 mins total. definitely gets my heart rate up, body temperature up, and gets me breathing. Not sure I could afford to do more time at once since I do have to work.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
