so i really need to start paying more attention to my health and weight! my boyfriend and i decided to start a family in about 2 years (as long as i am out of debt) so i want to be prepared for the toll i know it will take on my body.
i am going to start working out more, and trying to eat a more sensibly. no more ice cream in the house, and i'm tempted to remove peanut butter too!! that last couple weeks, 2 slices of peanut butter with bread has been my late night snack, so i need to change that!
here's to a new outlook on life, and setting goals for myself!

No peanut butter?!? BLASPHEMY! LOL It looks like you're taking it one step at a time and off to a good start.

I agree. I can't remove peanut butter from my diet. But I agree that it's maybe not a great late night snack. For me, it works best in the morning and just one tablespoon, max. For me, it flattens my blood sugar and I really feel a great amount of sustained energy.
