today. awaking: @9:am small handful cinnamon almonds, one of those damn good cookies lunch: chili dog snack: another damn cookie z& baked lays (too many) dinner: turkey breast 1/4 of small with 2-3 tbsp gravy, broccoli (cup), 3-4 apple slices, grapes, pineapple & 2or 3 slices garlic bread & 3 rootbeers stupid
worked all weekend on house & yard: leaves, garage basement kitchen cleaning laundry etc.
weighed my self on house scale which is never the same as doctors. friday evening it was 165 tonight it was 163
