Happy hump day!! Its a little cool here today, but its sunny!! I think I'm going to try to take a little walk around the block today. I hope these stupid lungs will cooperate!!

I've been changing my lunch around and think I've found a good filling lunch that will help me in other matters too!! Like I have said before, I'm not to concerned with the fat content. Its been ok as far as I"m concerned. I cannot stand the taste of no fat cheese or cottage cheese. I just get the regular stuff. Now this Daisy cottage cheese I'm eating is good, and 4% milk fat. Pretty creamy and lots of flavor. I have 1 serving and 1 jumbo hard boiled egg, and ounce of colby cheese and my protein shake!! Fills me up and boosts my protein! It also helps me to get to that 1200 calories a day too!!

Keeping it short today, so Happy Hump day everyone!! Keep the diet going and keep making good choices on your foods for the day! I have my little bottle of water handy, and am trying my best to drink more water!!! I surely don't drink enough. I know it will help flush out all that bad fat and gunk!!
So make sure you DRINK MORE WATER!!!

Any tips on getting that amount of water in, Puma? I HATE drinking water. I've been trying to drink it really cold, lots of ice,with a lime wedge...and that helps. But I drink so much water, I feel like I am peeing ALL the time....that's kind of a deterrent. Any tips for drinking more would be appreciated.

Sounds like you are getting a good amount of water notjune. I really don't drink much at all. I have a 16 oz. aluminum bottle that I fill. I keep it my my side, and when it's empty, I fill it. I usually add a little lemon to mine. A friend suggested getting a pitcher and adding sliced cucumber, lemon and lime wedges to it and to drink that. Sounded good, but I' haven't done it yet. You can actually drink too much water!! I think you are doing fine if you have to go pee a lot!! This sounds kind of gross, but if your pee is really light yellow you are doing good. The Dr told me when its a noticeable bright yellow, to drink more water.
