I've been slacking on my food diary the past week, but I'm back on the wagon baby. I don't think my eating has been particularly bad. Didn't even go crazy on Halloween candy (woot!). But Coke has been a problem... when I was my lightest and feeling my happiest, soda was not a part of my life. That's one big thing I know I can cut out to make myself feel better.

Still smoke-free--65 days and going strong.

I went to the Rally last weekend and was horrified by photos of myself. I don't recognize that person at all. This is the biggest I've ever been in my life, and I'm carrying it all in my face, boobs, and gut... gross. I look way older than I feel. It's extremely embarassing, I don't even want to be seen in public sometimes.

No more putting things off for just one more day. I packed my gym bag for tomorrow, and looked at the gym schedule to plan my classes for the week. Even wrote them all down in my planner, so if I have to cross them out because I didn't go, I'll feel guilty about it. Hoping that will make me actually go.

Normally when I plan on going to a class, I end up missing it due to work bullshit, and then I'm so tired, I go straight home after work. This is a step up from before, when I went straight to the bar after a stressful day, but not ideal. This time I'm committing to going to the gym and spending at least 30 minutes on the ellipitcal if I miss the class that I've planned on taking. So if you don't see exercise in my diary this week, feel free to give me loads of crap about it.

Otherwise, I really need to go grocery shopping. I have almost zero food in my apartment, which will make eating healthfully next to impossible. Will try to do that after the gym tomorrow. Monica came over for a bit today and went to put the rest of her soda in my fridge and I was so embarassed by how empty it was, lol. She must think I either have an eating disorder or that I'm the laziest person alive. Probably a little from column A, a little from column B...
