Been sick for several days now, just finished up my antibiotics today, went for a 15 minute walk today, still not feeling great, I hate being sick!! Hope to get a great nights sleep tonight so I can wake up feeling good and start some new workouts this week!!! Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend, back to the grind, eh?!!
