I started taking walks most days, just popped my favourite songs or a podcast and just switch off. Doing it before dinners helped bring my appetite down and has really helped with my mental wellbeing 😊. I do it before dinner and it really brings my appetite down and makes me happy! I'd really recommend it.

I think a lot of us are struggling now. Try making small changes. Don't do too much all at once. Eg 1 biscuit instead of 2 with your cuppa. Just keep going!

At least you are aware of what is happening and you can do something about it. I think if we don’t weigh and don’t even think about it we can put on stones, not pounds. You know what to do :)
