This is my second week with a 500-cal/day physician-monitored diet. Started with 191 lbs and in the first week lost about 8 lbs. Taking CGH tablets daily and Lipovite injections weekly. Doing strap suspension and dumbbell lifting exercises for about 20 minutes almost every day. Although the 500-cal/day target is achievable, it takes some creativity and mental strength to keep it. Overall I am very happy that I am doing it.
