Woo Hoo! 11 more lbs. 73 down. Started at size 22 pushing into a 24. Now wearing either a 10 or 12! So proud of myself.

70.8 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg. Still to go: 0.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.4 kg a Week
